Do I need to enter a credit card for the Free tier?
No. Free tier signs you up with email only. Card is required only when upgrading to Pro or Business.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing at any time. Polling cadence adjusts automatically.
What happens if a connection fails?
We record the failure, alert your configured channels, and keep checking until it recovers. We never modify your ShipStation data — we just call the same Refresh action ShipStation's UI uses.
